This Privacy Policy describes how HOMELIT DIGITAL LLC ("Homelit™," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Homelit mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Account information: When you sign in via Apple Sign-In, we receive your name and a privacy-relay email address from Apple. You may provide additional information such as a display name.
- Photos you upload: When you upload photos of rooms or spaces for AI redesign, we temporarily process and store these images to generate your design results.
- Subscription and payment information: Apple processes all payments. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but do not store your payment card details.
- Support communications: If you contact us at hello@homelit.app or privacy@homelit.app, we retain your messages to respond and improve our service.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically

- Device information: Device model, operating system version, app version, language, and time zone.
- Diagnostic data: Crash logs and performance data to help us identify and fix issues.

3. How We Share Information
We share information only as described below. We do not sell your personal information.
- Service providers: We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting (Supabase), AI image generation (Replicate), and analytics. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
- Apple: Subscription transactions and Apple Sign-In are handled by Apple under its privacy policies.
- Affiliate links: When you tap "Shop This Look," you are redirected to Amazon. Amazon's privacy practices apply to your activity on its site. We may receive aggregated commission data from Amazon's affiliate program but do not receive your personal Amazon account information.
- Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Homelit, our users, or others.
- Business transfers: If Homelit is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

The Service uses the following third-party providers, each governed by their own privacy policies:
