1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Homelit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

Homelit Digital LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Homelit app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant Homelit a limited license to process them for the purpose of generating AI redesigns. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any photos you submit.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use Homelit to upload illegal content, infringe third-party rights, reverse engineer the app, or attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements.

5. Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Homelit is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated room designs are for visualization purposes only and may not accurately reflect real-world results.

7. Limitation of Liability

Homelit Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States.
